Not sure if there's some trick people have for keeping the pan looking good? I tried Soft Scrub and Barkeeper's FriendII bought one to replace my old Calphalon roasting pan and after only one use it's all stained and spotted. I roasted a chicken and spend the next week trying to scour the sides. Not sure if there's some trick people have for keeping the pan looking good? I tried Soft Scrub and Barkeeper's Friend. The bottom of the pan came clean but not the sides. I wonder if I can return it? My other All Clad pans are super.
2Great quality!This roaster is fantastic. Its great quality, provides even heat, and the rack keeps meet above juices. We love putting vegetables below the roaster and they roast perfectly as well.
5Excellent and a must have for cooks!This is an excellent product. This is the 2nd one I purchased. Its not too heavy for a small woman to lift out of the oven, yet heavy enough to roast beautifully without any burning at the bottom of the pan. I have roasted everything from prime rib roasts to leg of lamb to whole duck or chicken. Best of all ... it cleans easily ... just soak in warm sudsy water, use a a light scrubbing pad and its completely clean!
5All-Clad products are the best!!fantastic pan/used it for new years pork roast and made a great prime rib roast and they both came great. It was very easy to clean, but it is pretty heavy. I'm 74 and it was a little daunting taking it out of the oven with the meat in it. No matter, I'm glad I got it and it was a great price and it came with these great big "forks' which were so helpful when taking the roasts out of the pan.

5Good size for a family of 2-4, bakes evenly and easy to handleI bought this item for my niece as a wedding gift because I have one and love it. It's the right size for a family of 2-4 and the roaster can be used for cooking lasagna, scalloped potatoes and ham, etc. Cleans easily (I use Barkeepers Friend) and after 10 years, it still looks almost new. Bakes evenly and is easy to handle

Whether the steel or that it's still so clean, food seems to roast faster in this. We're learning to check on the lower side of the time expected. This cleans up easily and is extremely sturdy. For 14 years of marriage, we've been using a lasagna pan as a roasting pan. This is going to take our cooking, and by extension our relationship, to a new level. ;)
5Great for roasting a turkeyCooked a 21lb turkey in this pan, it turned out perfect. Clean up is easy.Pan is heavy so make sure you eat your wheaties before lifting ;-)
5Pan Great. Rack Horrible.The pan itself is terrific. No complaints. I used it in the oven for a 13 lb standing rib roast. I also used it on the stove top (to boil off the baked on grease from the roast). The pan held up well...though, given other reviews, I was careful to use low to medium heat on the stove top.The problem, and the reason for only four stars, was the roasting rack. After one use, the rack's coating came off in several spots. We think (though, we do not know) that the coating came off when the roast was removed from the rack. The day was hectic, so we didn't notice the trouble until the clean-up the next day.In any case, the rack is now useless. I hate adding to the landfills, and, from All-Clad, I expect much better quality. I would have preferred a stainless steel rack at that point.
4All-Clad made in ChinaI ordered this specifically for thanksgiving and overall it worked out well for roasting a 14# turkey. However, the bottom of it is slightly bowed so the drippings didn't collect evenly in the bottom of the pan and it kinda messed up the gravy. I expected a bit more for the price. I have a set of All-Clad pots and pans made in the US so I expected the same from this roaster, but no such luck. The pan and rack cleaned up very nicely and the turkey forks were an added bonus.
