Description
- Binchotan (Japanese Oak) activated charcoal is the highest grade of charcoal. These charcoals are from the Kishu region of Japan.
- A centuries-old natural purification method that reduces water hardness, absorbs odor, and filters for great-tasting water. Filtering time is approximately 3-4 hours.
- 4 binchotan charcoal sticks are included in one package. Use 1 stick for 2 liters of water; each stick is approximately 0.8" to 1" in diameter and 4" in length.
- Reactivate charcoal every two weeks by boiling for 10 minutes and letting dry.
- Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
