The price and quality can't be beat. There is no substitute for Expo dry erase markers. Ask any teacher and they'll agree. You can't beat this price point for expo dry erase markers. As an educator who doesn't care about using a variety of colorful markers, this was a perfect solution. If a marker starts to "dry out", you can apply some rubbing alcohol to the tip. It can revive the pen a majority of the time. Be warned --- if you by this box, hide it in your cabinets or else you may find your markers walking away more often than not. Awesome price point. Never buying Expo dry erase markers in a brick and mortar again. This would also make a perfect end-of-year gift. I know I would be overwhelmed with happiness if a pupil gave this to me as opposed to some food or chocolate or something.
5Box they came in was totally destroyed which is what ...Box they came in was totally destroyed which is what I really wanted for my classroom. It was not even folded and put in the package. It was literally ripped up and placed in the bag with the markers.
1They did ok but honestly need something for a classroom of first gradersDoes anyone make a destruction proof dry erase marker? These would work for an office I'm sure, just not 20 6year olds. The caps were on. They still dried out. The nibs were mashed in after one use. Sigh.
3Don t count on a nice box to store them inThis was to be a boxed set the box came in a flat envelope and the box for the markers was destroyed. Ripped up and crushed. This was supposed to be a boxed set I gave to my sons schoolteacher. Can t do that I have them in a tub container and give them to my son as needed. He was sad because that one thing he picked to donate at the beginning of the school year and can t do it. The pens seem to work fine.
26th math teacher here!Love expo! Worth the extra money. None of the knock off brands I ve ever tried last near as long.
5The markers do not have tops!!! They cannot be used!!!I am a teacher and was so excited to use my new markers. When I got the bag, I was slightly disappointed to see that the box was folded up and they were shipped in a bag, leaving all of the markers loose in the bottom of the bag. Furthermore, I got them to my classroom and began taking the tops off to try them out, I was sadly disappointed to see that over two-thirds of the markers did not have tips for which to write! These are unusable and this is not acceptable. I expected better of Amazon!!! Now I must start the beginning of the year with no markers!
1DisappointingI purchased the 36ct box for my daughters classroom. They came in a soft packing envelope. They were dumped completely out of the box and the box was destroyed. Quite a few are useless due to the caps popping off, and there were only 34 in the package.
1DAMAGED.The item is as described however I was very disappointed that came with a destroyed box and markers everywhere. I planned on donating these to my daughter classroom and felt silly giving them to her teacher in a ziplock. I think a box instead of an envelope would have been much smarter.
2Dry Erase Markers - Not much more to be saidThey work, is there anything more you need to know? The perforated edge was partially opened, likely from shipping, but the markers work as intended. I did not measure the amount of hours they worked for before they dried out, but they are being used in an elementary school classroom and if they are standing up to those crazy conditions, then likely you are going to find success with these markers as well.
4Came brokenI received my package today and the box was all torn up inside the envelope and some of the markers had broken lids and some had the bottom pieces broken out causing the markers to dry out.
