A good quality lumbar support , that is not too firm ( NOT push too forward ) and foam Adjusts to lower back.Excellent quality and works for me because of my medical condition ... I suffer from a herniated L5/S1 disk and facets at l3 l4 l5 causing nerve root pain ... Not fun at all. I am uncomfortable in most cars that do not provide leg room to extend my legs (6'3") my car does. Back support in most cars leaves you slouched or lumbar option pushed to hard and causes facet pain when arching lower back . His one is just right as in gently supports and conform giving me just 2-3" is more than I need . I test drove them several times last couples days after I received them. They provide a gentle soft support that forms to the lower back ... I already have sports seats in my BMW, but felt that I needed that extra lumbar support . I tried the other very popular on Amazon selling for less ( good quality but firm ...too firm for me ) it's a good one too, and my daughter uses it now in her car .I am being very specific as you may have s similar back issue or you wouldn't be reading this !The elastic is adjustable and comes with an extension ( didn't need it for my seat ) ..A trick that may be obvious to some ...after attaching the strap on the back, lower the strap as low as you can on the seat back almost at the bottom that meets the seat bottom ... Making the pillow conform better to seat vs sitting far and being pushed forward by your car seat lateral support ( you will understand better when you try it ):)All in all a good choice for my painful condition,
4Good Lumbar Support Cushion.Did not meet my needs, but a good Lumbar Support cushion, nevertheless. I have lower back discomfort and thought this cushion would help relieve the pain. The cushion didn't fit my lower back so it didn't help; too small.. I contacted Amazon Returns and Amazon said the item was not eligible for a free return. So, I contacted LoveHome. It gave me a complete refund and said I could keep the cushion. Now that's five star customer service.As for the cushion, it is well made, firm and attractive. I believe it would be an excellent lumbar support cushion for someone smaller. That is, under 6 feet..
4Pictures don't show where to place pillow correctlyYOU NEED TO PLACE THE PILLOW IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR BACK, NOT AGAINST THE BOTTOM OF YOU CHAIR!! The pictures shown here for where to place the pillow are wrong and I suspect is why people are giving this one star. You should feel a huge difference between placing the pillow in the correct location and placing it directly on the bottom of the seat which will not benefit your back and which will push you off the edge of your chair. After adjusting the pillow it is 100% amazing my posture is perfect I'm not falling off chair anymore, and I don't have to consciously lean back into my chair, the pillow just keeps my back propped up perfectly.
5works wellReally like this pillow, however, I wish there was a way to remove ALL the straps easily for a stationary pillow. I use it on one of our recliners and I am concerned of it leaving marks on the leather, so I had to cut the straps to be sure.
4Not good quality. Don't make the investment.This lumbar support back cusion does not provide much support at all. It is small and flimsy. I'm not sure how it is rated so highly. I would recommend that if you really need lumbar support you make an investment and get a better quality cushion. Don't go for the inexpensive price or that it is a best seller.

1I started having really bad lower back painWorking a desk job where I'm sitting 7+ hours a day, I started having really bad lower back pain. Tried foam roller, stretching, massages... nothing solved it. Ever since buying this, pain is gone. Came back and bought another for my boyfriend. I highly recommend it.
5Not worth it.So if you put this on something that isn t going to be used often or using it on something your primarily not moving around much this product will work great. I had this in my car for about a week, and I basically work from my car with a lot of in an outs all day. The memory foam couldn t keep up an was almost completely flat by the end of the second week.
1Improved my posture, hurt my tailboneThe product came as advertised, good materials, easy to install, and helped improve my posture while sitting in my office chair at work. However, I began to notice my tailbone was starting to ache at the end of the day after about a week of use. I continued using the product for about another week, but the pressure and resulting pain on my tailbone became too uncomfortable, and I stopped using it altogether. Maybe best suited for a very cushioned seat or in conjunction with a tailbone-minded cushion, but I found that my improved posture was not worth my sore rear while using this product on my office chair.
3DO NOT BUY!!This thing will work fine for 1 month MAX!. After 3 weeks it just was too mushy and stopped working as stated. It barely even lasted 2 weeks!!
