Love this microwave cover. I already had an older one but this one is perfect. It's collapseable so if I need to store it away I just throw it into a shelf.

1Does what it's made for
This is my second one of these. I accidentally preheated the convection oven in my microwave and forgot that this cover was sitting inside. Melted it! But I love this because the color is so pretty and I love that it's collapsible.
5Hard to collapse
These microwave covers work well, but they are hard to collapse. The order was for two. I would have preferred one, of better quality than two that are hard to manipulate. The storage feature doesn't work for me. Now, I have a cover that is larger than the one I was trying to replace
3A little small but good product
The materials and construction on this are good like any other microwave cover. I just don't like how small this is. I use normal sized dinner plates and this sits on the plate and often gets in the food. My bowls are also too tall, so the cover ends up being suspended on the bowl and gets in the food. I should have looked at the dimensions and measured all my plates and bowls. It collapses well, but I never have to collapse it so that doesn't really matter to me.

Nice size. Like that it's non toxic. Not 100% splatter proof. The vent holes are large enough that splatters can still get through but it definately minimizes the amount of mess.

I love this and it is a rule that everyone has to use it when using the microwave -- except on the rare occasion that it won't fit over the item being heated or cooked. It prevents splatter and is easy to use. And it lives in the microwave when not in use, so doesn't take up any extra space.
5Does what you'd expect.
Pros: keeps your microwave cleaner, subduing the splatter. Collapsible is nice for storing the 2nd one. Cost effective.Cons: Why I only gave it 4 stars, the handle is just too tiny to grasp easily. Just needs to be a bit deeper or taller, whatever your perspective is.
4No ridge to hold onto plate, lousy handle, cheap material
Since there is no ridge or lip around the bottom to fit over the edge of the plate, the cover slides from side to side when it is on the plate. Other covers I have had fit over the edge of the plate so that they stay secure when the plate is picked up. The handle on the top is poorly designed in that it is small and is not tapered so as to allow your fingers to better grip it when removing the cover. At least initially, the collapsing feature is too hard to use because the plastic is really stiff. Perhaps this would relax over time as the plastic is broken in - that is until is just breaks due to material fatigue. This is not the same as similar looking silicone items that collapse easily.
1What you'd expect from a good microwave cover. Nearly perfect.
Great product and I'm happy with my choice. Only design flaw is that the middle section used to grab the lid is a little to small and shallow and it is hard to take off things from there. But it doesn't melt like the super cheap ones I've used in the past. Haven't used it as a strainer but still has cool design ideas.
